HNS brings back The Hip Hop Jam!
To celebrate its fifth anniversary, the Hip-Hop NAD Syndicate (HNS) is bringing back the Hip Hop Jam annual franchise on 22 and 23 August 2014. Like previous series, the sixth installment will be held at the ARENA stage, Taman Budaya Banda Aceh.
The HNS announced this year gig’s theme is “One Culture Movement” and will showcase exhibitions from Acehnese local hip hop fame and outside Aceh from all five hip-hop elements: MCing, DJing, Breaking, Graffiti and Beatboxing; and a series of competition.
The HNS presents the “FIVE 2 SMOKE HIP HOP COMPETITIONS” which consist of:
- Five 2 Smoke BEATBOX BATTLE
- Five 2 Smoke BREAKDANCE BATTLE
- Five 2 Smoke RAP BATTLE
General competition rules:
- To enter the “FIVE 2 SMOKE HIP HOP COMPETITIONS” you just come in to the venue on 23 and 24 August 2014, on 14 PM, and challenge another hip hop team/crew.
- Six teams/crews battle each other to determine the overall winner.
- No registration fee!
- Rules are applied to Five 2 Smoke BEATBOX BATTLE, Five 2 Smoke BREAKDANCE BATTLE and Five 2 Smoke RAP BATTLE.
To participate in the 6th Hip Hop Jam exhibitions, the hip-hop community/crew/team must submit to Hiphopnadsyndicate@yahoo.c
- Profile (crew names/aliases, number of members, residence, contact number, person in charge, twitter account).
- Music sample(s) and its minus-one version(s).
