DROP launches music video for “Consume by Violent”
Tangerang-based brutal death metal act DROP released a new music video Consume by Violent [sic] on April 2, 2017 to support their new promo CD Back to Origin. The promo CD marks the band’s comeback after 2015 EP Savage Revenge, released by Brutal Mind Records.
The music video shows the band playing Consume by Violent [sic] in a jamming studio. The band consists of Andre Nyomeng (guitars), Gaber (vocals) and Wahyu (drums), are accompanied by their additional bassist Raden Aces from Gore Animal.
The video was filmed on March 15, 2017, at Drop’s guitarist Andre Nyomenk’s 52 Music Studio, Ciledug, Tangerang.
R.M Agung Sudewo Bleeding Flesh who directed and edited the video in black and white, stated in his Youtube channel the video just a sample editing video. To shoot the band, Agung employed cinematographers Yoppy Cipuy and Angga.
Drop’s manager Sopyan Injector in his press release stated “Alhamdulillah, new DROP’s song ‘Consume By Violent’ has finished and released. Metalheads can watch and give their opinions about this (latest) Drop’s works, ”
DROP was formed in Ciledug, Tangerang, in 2004 by the late Agus Dobol (drums), Andre (guitars) and Firmansyah (vocals). To date, Drop has released one full-length album Sadistic Independent of Bliss Full in 2012, and an EP
Savage Revenge in 2015.
