ROCK IN CELEBES to release “Navasvara!: Sub-Ordinat Musika” compilation
The most eminent hard-hitting rock festival in Eastern Indonesia, Rock In Celebes, teams up with Go Ahead Challenge will release a compilation CD titled Navasvara!: Sub-Ordinat Musika on Record Store Day, April 22, 2017.
The CD consists of thirteen selected bands from 13 towns which held preliminary shows to precede Rock In Celebes 2016.
Last year, a series of “Road to Rock in Celebes” were organized in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Samarinda, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Padang, and Medan.
Ardy Chambers from Navasvara in his press release stated the compilation aims to give chances to musicians from all over Indonesia, especially who involved in any Rock in Celebes program, to be nationally recognized.

The Rock in Celebes 2017 will be the seventh installment since its inception in 2010. The last edition was held on November 19-20, 2016 in Makassar.
