The administrative secretary of Central Kalimantan Province Syahrin Daulay officially opened The Kalteng Trade Expo 2017 on April 19, 2017. The expo takes place at Arena Pameran Temanggung Tilung, Palangka Raya from 19 to 24 April 2017.
Instead of showcasing and demonstrating Central Kalimantan public and private’s latest products and services, and examining recent market trends and opportunities, the Kalteng Trade Expo 2017 also offers music and arts show within the limit of the event. It presents a parade of interesting programs from aboriginal and traditional dance performances, Jazz festival to rock concert.
Palangka Raya Metal Corner, one of the most pivotal music community in Central Kalimantan is endorsed by the trade show organizer to organize a special concert within the The Kalteng Trade Expo 2017 titled PMC METAL & ROCK GIGS. The concert will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 3 PM until finish.

PMC has been given an opportunity to hold a show on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 3PM until finish.”
PMC will showcase big names and up-and-coming bands in Palangka Raya music spectrum, varies from metal to reggae. Hardcore veteran STONEHEAD will share the stage with other 19 bands. Super Rocking Battle Top 40 alumnus SLAP IT OUT is scheduled to rock on at the very gig.

Anthony added PMC is preparing to hold the eleventh installment of their flagship event DISTORSI MAXIMUM in May 2017.
PMC is a metal music community established in 2006. Its main goal is to fake negative stereotype of heavy metal music in Palangka Raya by promoting the bright side of it, since the people who don’t understand the music identified it as something that could cause violence and other bad things. With current registered member almost a hundred, PMC never stops maintaining its existence by organizing 23 events since 2009 e.g. DISTORSI MAXIMUM, METALROCKUSTIK, SUNDAY OF INSANITY, and PALANGKA BERISIK.
